01. ENTRY INTO THE MACHINE:
By stepping beyond the login veil, you enter an ecosystem of memory, fragments, and archived reveries; all keystrokes are echoes, all echoes are noted.
02. IDENTITY:
You agree to operate under a name — real, assumed, or mythical — granted access by the system; spoofing, false permissions, or unauthorized channeling may trigger silent countermeasures.
03. REMEMBERING:
If “Remember Me” is checked, a secure cookie is placed on your vessel for 30 days containing an encrypted token pointing to your last passage — not your name.
04. VISION:
Uploaded visuals (moodboards, photographs, signals) may be resized or compressed for storage; full versions may be preserved in parallel folds.
05. WHISPERS & REQUESTS:
User messages and requests are stored in timestamped scrolls and are never shared, sold, or summoned beyond ROMOS.
06. OBSERVATION:
Your IP address is recorded during login attempts solely to defend against access anomalies and brute-force rituals.
07. INVISIBILITY & WITHDRAWAL:
You may request erasure of your traces or messages at any time; impermanence is honored, deletion is sacred.
08. REALM LIMITATIONS:
ROMOS is a private, nonlinear operating system built for symbolic, emotional computing; it rejects metrics, ads, or commercial intent.
09. GDPR & DATA RIGHTS (for EU travelers):
• Your IP is logged for security.
• A secure cookie is used if "Remember Me" is selected.
• ROMOS does not sell, share, or monetize personal data.
• You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your data.
• Consent may be withdrawn at any time (logout, clear cookies).
• Data is stored locally and never transmitted externally.
• Complaints may be directed to your local data protection authority.
10. COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP:
All original content is the intellectual property of the Operator unless otherwise credited; uploaded content remains yours — ROMOS claims no ownership; Mood Boards include imagery curated from across the dream-riddled expanses of the public internet — fragments sourced for non-commercial, expressive, and transformative purposes. These images appear in moodboards solely as symbols, references, and ephemeral visual poetry. All rights remain with the original creators. If any image appears in error or without consent, contact the Operator for immediate removal by using "Leave a Message" or "Request Special Access" options.
11. ABUSE & UNACCEPTABLE USE:
ROMOS may not be used for illegal, exploitative, or harassing purposes; such activity may lead to permanent access revocation and notification of relevant entities.
12. CHANGES & VERSIONS:
These terms may evolve; continued use constitutes acceptance of the current version — see manifest header for version tracking.
13. FINAL CLAUSE:
All actions within ROMOS operate under dream logic; if you disagree, close the portal; if you proceed — welcome back.
